Grape Grass-Fed Gelatin Gummies

Recipe Description

Servings: 30  (depends on mold sizes)IMG_1486_3


  • 2 cups 100% organic grape juice
  • 6 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice


Add half the juice to a small saucepan and the other half to a small mixing bowl.  Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice in the bowl and let it sit for about a minute. During the minute, heat the saucepan with the juice on a very, very low setting.

Spoon the thickened gelatin from the bowl into the saucepan. Add the lemon juice and whisk all the ingredients.

Pour into fun shaped molds or a pyrex dish and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Remove from molds or slice into pieces.

* They can be eaten cold or at room temperature
